Anika Noni Rose is an American actor and singer. Most famously, she is known for the role of Tiana the first Disney African-American princess as Tiana Disney's first African-American princess in The Princess and the Frog. Disney named her a legend in 2011. Rose was in the role of Lorrell Robertson on Dreamgirls that won an Academy Award. Anika Noni Rose (born on September 6, 1972) is an American actor and a singer.
